Verustruct is developing a suite of robotic construction technologies to deliver affordable, sustainable, safe, and beautiful housing to help close the U.S. housing gap of 4.5 million homes. Using our patent-pending translational slipform technology (TSF), we take a different approach to 3D printed buildings by extruding load-bearing walls, integrated with MEP systems, without the use of large and expensive support structures. We are looking for a VP of Engineering to help ensure cross-functional collaboration and product development success as we scale.
We are seeking Electrical Engineers (Level I / Level II) to design, test, and integrate electrical systems within Verustruct’s construction robots.
You will work on projects from initial design through prototype testing, ensuring that all electrical systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role will focus on the electronics of the patent-pending TSF device including its power distribution, actuation systems, and critical control logic.

The Electrical Engineers will work closely with the mechanical and civil engineers to ensure the TSF device is powered efficiently and safely. As an Electrical Engineer at Verustruct, you will be guide how the TSF sources, distributes, and controls power. This role requires microcontroller coding expertise, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical details effectively with the mechanical team. Both Electrical Engineers (I and II) will report directly to the VP of Engineering and will integrate their work with the Mechanical and Civil Engineers via the TSF device.

We value diverse backgrounds and believe that qualities such as motivation, interest, and the ability to learn quickly are just as important as meeting the qualifications listed. If you’re excited about the opportunity and feel you can contribute, even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
