Verustruct is developing a suite of robotic construction technologies to deliver affordable, sustainable, safe, and beautiful housing to help close the U.S. housing gap of 4.5 million homes. Using our patent-pending translational slipform technology (TSF), we take a different approach to 3D printed buildings by extruding load-bearing walls, integrated with MEP systems, without the use of large and expensive support structures. We are looking for a VP of Engineering to help ensure cross-functional collaboration and product development success as we scale.
We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead Verustruct’s engineering team as we scale our suite of robotic construction devices.
The VP of Engineering, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Verustruct’s mission to deliver affordable, safe, and sustainable housing solutions. The VP of Engineering should have cross-functional industry experience, with the leadership ability to manage and direct the team of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers in building the TSF device as well as future construction plans.

At Verustruct, we’re not just building technology; we’re building a team. As the VP of Engineering, you will play an integral role in the hiring process for engineers (civil I/II, mechanical II, and electrical I/II) starting from day one. This means, you will also help shape Verustruct’s culture as we grow.

We value diverse backgrounds and believe that qualities such as motivation, interest, and the ability to learn quickly are just as important as meeting the qualifications listed. If you’re excited about the opportunity and feel you can contribute, even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
